The last change to the code of the street also affected art. 157 (stopping, waiting and parking of vehicles) by introducing the Art. 7-bis. This change was not publicized at all. Paragraph 7-bis reads as follows:
It is forbidden to keep the engine running, during the stop or stop the vehicle in order to keep operating the air conditioning system in the vehicle, the result from the breach administrative sanction for payment of a sum of 200 € to 400 €.
