Art 116 - certificate of fitness to drive mopeds

retrace now another troubled history, that the certificate of fitness to drive moped for short CIGC. The obligation of

CIGC is introduced by Legislative Decree. No. 9 of 01.15.2002 with effect from 1.1.2003. With DL n.236 of 10/25/2002 converted into Law n.284 of 12.27.2002 is postponed to 30/06/2003 .

The DL n.151 of 06/27/2003 converted Leggen.214 of 01/08/2003 extends to adults who do not hold a driving license required to achieve the CIGC with effect from 7.1.2005. The DL

n.115/05 converted to Law n.168 of 17.08.2005 extending the date until 01/10/2005 .

Law 168/05 finally fills the gap by the introduction of legislative CIGC in 2003, which are finally applied for the psycho-physical requirements of medically certified.

01/01/2008 Until such a certificate could be issued by the family doctor. The Act extended that period 94/09 to 30/09/09. From 01/10/2009 the medical certificate must be issued by a health of the subjects referred to in Article .119 of the Highway Code.
