Numerous studies have confirmed that meditation is a good way to reduce the negative effects of stressful life e. .. more and more frantic.
Researchers at the School of Medicine, University of Massachusetts, for example, conducted a study in which were recorded and measured the brain waves of 41 employees, particularly stressed , a company in Wisconsin working in the technology sector.
Participants were randomly assigned to two groups.
